Big E Drilling is committed to providing a safe work environment on our rigs. With only one lost time incident last year, we are dedicated to providing an even safer work environment for our employees. Our employees are expected to maintain safe and healthful working condition. We continue to equip our rigs with “state of the art” equipment to make our operations more efficient without sacrificing safety.
Safety Highlights for 2010
Five rigs completed 2010 without a lost time injury. Rigs 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 had a total of 35 employees that had been with Big E Drilling for the year without a lost time injury. These employees were eligible to win a 2011 Toyota Tundra pick-up truck.
- Rig 1 will complete 2 years on October 26, 2011.
- Rig 2 will complete 2 years on September, 2, 2011.
- Rig 3 will complete 7 years on March 18, 2011.
- Rig 4 will complete 1 year on June 9, 2011.
- Rig 5 will complete 4 years on April 12, 2011.
- Rig 6 will complete 2 years on September 4, 2011.
We recognize that safe operations are essential to a professional drilling contract. Big E Drilling Company is large enough to compete in major markets and small enough to provide personal service.
